How We Work:
Once you have been in contact with the Chelmsford Law Clinic either via this website, or via a referral form, or via other local organisations, or by telephoning us on 01245 205562 and leaving us a voicemail, you will be contacted as soon as we are able by one of our team members. We can get very busy and will aim to get back to you as soon as possible. You will be asked to specify in your initial booking how you would prefer to be contacted e.g. by phone (and whether it is okay to leave a message) or by email.
The Coordinator will then contact you, listen to your case and will summarise the key issues/questions that you might have into a report. This report will be given to the solicitor/legal specialist prior to your appointment so that your 30 minutes with the solicitor/legal specialist can be used more efficiently.
After this report has been completed and the information (such as your name, address, and the name and address of the other party) has been gathered, you will be allocated with a time slot/appointment and will be called on the number you have provided on that day and time.
Once you have had your phone appointment, we would like to stay in contact so that we can continue to support you as best we can throughout your legal journey. If you need help identifying your next steps and gathering feedback, please let us know.
Any information that we receive from you will be CONFIDENTIAL and will not be passed on to anyone else without your permission.
